Services at Heathrow Airport

Information

The information desk is located on the ground floor in terminal 3, near the entrance opposite zone D and E. Opening hours are from 07:00 till 21:30. Another information desk is located in the arrivals area on the ground floor, near the meeting point. This information desk is open from 05:30 till 22:30.

Business travellers

At Heathrow Airport business and leisure travellers alike can enjoy some time in a business lounge. It is possible to pre book your seat. In Terminals 1 and 2 there are 20 meeting rooms available that can be booked. Internet access is also available at several points before as well as after security control.
